We are energy. We are vibrating electromagnetic beings. The power to raise and shift our frequency is ours. Our frequency is our energy, our vibration, our consciousness. It is what we feel and what we emit in the world. Our frequency shapes our reality. In this article, we’ve outlined eleven ways you can learn to change your energy or frequency and shift into a greater level of consciousness and begin to live life from this place of higher vibration.

We are energy. We are vibrating electromagnetic beings. The power to raise and shift our frequency is ours. Our frequency is our energy, our vibration, our consciousness. It is what we feel and what we emit in the world. Our frequency shapes our reality. In this article, we’ve outlined eleven ways you can learn to change your energy or frequency and shift into a greater level of consciousness and begin to live life from this place of higher vibration.

Penney Peirce, author of the book Frequency: The Power of Personal Vibration, defines our Home Frequency as:

“The vibration of one’s soul as it expresses through the body, emotions, and mind; a frequency of awareness and energy that conveys the most accurate experience of heaven on earth as possible.”

Our physical matter, thoughts, emotions and beliefs comprise our human vibration, our soul’s vibration. With a high vibration of the soul, we discover our universal connection to self-love and love of others (the sense of oneness that comes from dissolution of the sense of self as separate from others and nature).

As we walk through life, our experiences, perceptions, and stories influence our energy and our frequency. Through the practice of tuning into our body, our mind, and our vast array of thoughts and emotions, we can become more attuned to the vibrational fluctuations that are attached to lighter and heavier energies.

We have agency to raise and shift our frequency at any moment, to move from a lower vibrational state to reverberation at a higher level, from heaviness, sadness, and stress to lightness, happiness, and peace.

How do we do this? First, we bring our awareness to our body, our emotions, and our energy. Then, we consciously choose to shift into a higher frequency or higher consciousness using any of the tools below!

We have compiled some of our favorite ways for you to practice uplifting your frequency, your energy, and your consciousness, so that you may find harmony and alignment in body, mind, and spirit.

High Frequency Thoughts and Emotions

Our thoughts create our emotions, which construct our beliefs, which shape our reality. As playwrights of our lives, it is critical to choose positive thoughts. According to Dr. Joe Dispenza, humans think between 60,000 to 70,000 thoughts a day, with 90% of those thoughts being the same as the day before. Thus, positivity begets positivity. If we assume positive thoughts, then we not only generate positive emotions, which reverberate at higher frequencies, but we begin to establish a pattern of positive thinking that correlates with our emotions and beliefs and our reality begins to reflect these positive blueprints that we have established for ourselves.

Gratitude, Affirmations, Mantra

Gratitude, affirmations, and mantra are accessible ways to practice choosing high vibrational thoughts and emotions - they are a shortcut to applying positive thinking. The expression of gratitude energizes us, as it allows us to shift our perspective from what we may feel is lacking to what is abundant in our lives. The heaviness felt by the lack dissipates, as we light up from the recognition of what we do have. Affirmations also work to alleviate this sense of lack, as they offer us the opportunity to step into more positive energy by illuminating the qualities that we are choosing to embody. Through this process, we create our truth, a truth of positivity. Another way to boost your frequency through the cultivation of positive thoughts is by the use of mantra, the repetition of sacred words or sounds. The positive thoughts triggered by the mantra, along with the sound, raise our vibration.

High Frequency Breathwork

Breathwork is one of the fastest ways to facilitate a “state change,” a transference from one emotional state to another. Through this practice, we can effectively journey from lower frequency states, sadness or anger to those of higher frequency states, such as hope and gratitude. The Frequency Breathwork practice heightens our state of being to engender feelings of love, awareness and connection, soothes the nervous system, and brings us into the present moment, the moment where we can resonate with our truth. Breathwork is a potent way to raise our frequency and strengthen our aura, our electromagnetic field. We love the combination morning practice of breathwork and journaling (also known as morning pages), which gives you time to get all of your thoughts out of your head and onto paper, which clears the mind and allows you to set up a positive affirmation for the day ahead.

High Frequency Mushrooms

The ingestion of the pure intelligent earth energy of mushrooms raises our frequency, our vibration and our consciousness. Through this connection with the earth, we can discover personal and planetary harmony and homeostasis of body and mind. Mushrooms boost our immune system, as well as support our cognition, energy, memory, and stamina, which all serve to uplift our frequency. High Frequency Herbs

As herbs are rooted in the Earth, their different vibrations can serve to enhance the human body's frequency, while unlocking our innate healing. Working with high vibrational plant energies, we begin to uncover the path to our highest self, healing, and connection to self and Earth. The high frequencies of the herbs are absorbed within the body to foster optimal health of body, mind, and spirit. High Frequency Water

Water is a fundamental ingredient for life. Along with the breath, it is our main life force and source. Ensuring that we drink enough water, along with adding electrolytes and structuring our water, are ways in which we can uplift our energy levels. When we are hydrated, we are able to think with greater clarity, improved focus and concentration, and radiate deper health, all of which serve to elevate our vibration. Adding electrolytes to our water replenishes and energizes us, as it rapidly hydrates the body, nourishing and supporting our system. If you don’t have electrolytes you can also put a half a lemon and sea salt in your water to make your own homemade version! Structuring water, which restores water back to its natural high frequency state as if it’s come directly from a waterfall, is yet another tool to raise your frequency. The structured water energizes us, as the restructuring prompts an electrical charge of the water molecules. Make sure to hydrate your body, mind, and spirit!

High Frequency Vibrational Medicine

Holistic healing is no longer alternative. We are our own healers and explorers. High Frequency Environment

Sadly, unless you live off the grid, you likely reside near cell towers, 5G, and WiFi, all of which are harmful to both our body and mind (if you haven’t seen it, perhaps consider watching the documentary Zapped). Fortunately, there are devices available to reduce and mitigate the unhealthy invisible waves. Simply being in nature, according to Florence Williams, author of The Nature Fix, calms us down, cheers us up, reduces our levels of stress, and increases our productivity; it energizes us. The contact with the surface of the Earth, brimming with natural energy, infuses us with the Earth energy. It is our energetic nourishment. Earthing, walking barefoot in the woods, on the beach, or anywhere in nature, raises our frequency, as we put ourselves in uninterrupted contact with the high, subtle energies of Mother Earth.

Intermittent Fasting

When it comes to fueling the body through food, one key to letting the body’s vibration strengthen is not overeating. Intermittent fasting, short-term abstinence from food, is a way to allow the body to improve overall physical performance, support internal organ health and detoxing and strengthen brain function. There are a variety of methods that can be utilized to structure our eating patterns and habits, such as time-restricted eating or whole-day fasts. You may be familiar with the popular 16:8 approach, a time-restricted eating that suggests fasting for 16 hours and condensing eating into an eight-hour time frame. Time-restricted eating simply means compressing the window of time in which you consume food throughout the day, and this varies from person to person, so find the time slots that work best for you. Another form of intermittent fasting is the whole-day fast, the abstention from food for 24 hours, returning to your personal eating schedule the subsequent day. An incredible combination is intermittent fasting - so skipping breakfast (but make sure to hydrate with electrolytes or lemon and sea salt) and doing breathwork coupled with a gratitude practice. You might just feel superhuman! :)

Baths

Taking baths is a beautiful way to clear our energy from the day. We can even supercharge them by adding salts. The minerals in the salts, along with the soothing nature of the experience, aid in the removal of toxins from the body, a reduction of stress, and clearing of your aura, which dispels any low vibrational energy. Dr. Linda Landcaster, author of Harmonic Healing: Restore Your Vital Life Force for Lifelong Wellness, invites us to take a bath with a pound of baking soda and a pound of sea salt to clear EMFs from the body.

We are self-healers, catalysts for change, and are meant to reverberate in a high state. Fortunately, we have a plethora of resources, tools, and means with which to enhance our overall state of consciousness, energy, and vibration. Try them all, or try a few, and experiment with what works best for you. With practice, you’ll begin to recognize and feel the shifts.
