POSITION

FREQUENCY is seeking a passionate and driven sales executive to radically scale our corporate and B2B partnerships offering. In the six months since launch, we have already hit over six figures in revenue and count lululemon, Verizon and Facebook as clients.

As Brand Partnerships Director, you will develop relationships with corporate partners and increase our sales pipeline of corporate clients, events and activations. You will lead the client relationship end to end, consulting with potential and existing brand clients, understanding their needs and identifying new business opportunities, packaging and negotiating costs and contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout each activation. You will work to develop a pipeline through both our inbound leads and your own direct outreach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate outbound sales leads as well as respond to inbound leads
  • Oversee brand pipeline tracker and projected revenue from pipeline
  • Build business by identifying and selling prospect as well as respond to inbound leads and maintain relationships with clients
  • Generate projections for brand offerings: structure & pricing for programs (team experiences, private group experiences, and pop-up experiences)
  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending new product and service opportunities.
  • Set up payment system and manage invoicing and accounts receivable for all clients

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years hands-on sales or partnerships experience
  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales or business
  • At least five (5) years of industry sales experience
  • Proven experience sourcing and closing brands
