POSITION:

As FREQUENCY’S Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing third party marketing related contractors/agencies, building our wellness brand and awareness by developing and executing on marketing strategies to meet consumer needs — and maximizing profit. The ideal candidate will have a passion for emotional wellness and experience in brand building, marketing team management, and scaling membership programs through digital marketing and partnerships. As part of a growing team, you will be hands-on in both strategy and execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve at point of contact for all marketing related inquiries, opportunities, and decision making processes.
  • Manage third-party contractors and agencies hired to support marketing efforts including but not limited to: B2B Advertising Agency, B2C Advertising Agency, Influencer Program Manager, Social Media Manager, etc.
  • Plan, write, design, and execute integrated strategies to grow memberships, increase retention, and build a strong prospect pipeline.
  • Manage promotions, landing pages, analytics platforms, Shopify store, email newsletter content, transactional emails, and special event/pop-up announcements.
  • Develop customer profiles through research and analysis to identify profitable acquisition channels opportunities for product upsell.
  • Build and evaluate campaigns for ROI, coordinating all parts of the digital experience and conversion funnel from campaign design to membership tracking.
  • Monitor, review, and take ownership for optimization of every online and offline acquisition channel and flow (PR, Events, SEM, Digital, Sales, SEO, Partners & others).
  • Implement and manage SEM performance acquisition campaigns.
  • Manage and oversee marketing budget allocation/planning.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years digital marketing experience in performance acquisition, ideally at a consumer wellness startup or established brand.
  • Extensive proven prior experience in strategizing and executing the successful scaling of a digital brand and membership based platform.
  • 3 - 4 years hands on experience in managing digital marketing performance with firm CPA and LTV targets (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Branded Channels, MailChimp, etc).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Content Marketing and Google Analytics.
  • Internal and external team Management experience, ideally teams of 5 or more individuals.
  • Understanding of data analytics and analysis; be able to make sense of and compare data to increase site usability, improve virality, and increase conversion rates.
  • Strategic thinker and tactical executor – able to shift from analytical and detailed focus to operational executor, as demonstrated in experience & professional attributes.
  • Self-starter and high degree of motivation to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to thrive under minimal guidance.
  • Strong skills across Google Sheets, Google Slides, Excel, Powerpoint, and other standard software needed to effectively fulfill responsibilities.
